Grace Tabern
Grace Tabern is a Research Manager with AncestryProGenealogists and has worked as a professional genealogist for ten years, specializing in UK research, with a particular emphasis on England and Wales. Grace is a member of AGRA (Association of Genealogists and Researchers in Archives for England and Wales) and has served as a Council Member and recently as their Vice Chair. She studied English Local History at the University of Oxford. Before joining Ancestry, Grace ran a genealogy business, helping many people discover their roots. She has also worked as a deputy registrar for marriages and was the Managing Director of her own estate and lettings agency. Grace is from the north of England, but her family heritage includes Cornwall and South East England; her passion for genealogy began with her own family research. She has conducted research for the popular television show “DNA Journey” and presented talks on local history and genealogical subjects.
Quentin Burrows
Quentin Burrows is an Accredited Genealogist® specializing in Irish and American research. Quentin grew up in the Chicago area and began researching his own family at an early age. Quentin came to Irish genealogy naturally, with his mother having been born and raised in Ireland and close family still living in western Ireland. He travels regularly to Europe for research and maintains dual Irish-American citizenship. Quentin has been a lead genealogist for several overseas tours and helped hundreds of clients find their family's place of origin. Before joining AncestryProGenealogists as a senior research manager nine years ago, he owned and operated a law firm and performed professional genealogy work for clients.
Quentin graduated with a JD degree in law from Valparaiso University School of Law in Indiana. He is a former political science and history instructor at East-West University in Chicago. He has written and researched many genealogical topics related to Irish heritage and conducted research for the television shows “Who Do You Think You Are?” and “Finding Your Roots.” Quentin has research expertise in Canada, England, Ireland, Scotland, and the United States.
Molly Howe
Molly Howe is the senior sales setter for AncestryProGenealogists. Molly and her team are the first steps in hiring our experts to research our clients' family history mysteries. Collectively, we aim to help clients worldwide discover, preserve, and share their family histories. While not a professional genealogist herself, she thoroughly enjoys utilizing Ancestry's robust features while researching her own family. Before joining Ancestry, Molly served nine years on Active Duty in the United States Marine Corps, with two combat deployments to Iraq. Following her honorable discharge, she worked in various human resources, veterans benefits, and e-commerce roles. She's found a home at Ancestry, where science, big data, and self-discovery come together to give people deep, meaningful insights about who they are and where they come from. Molly is originally from Silicon Valley in California and relocated to Utah after joining the Ancestry family. She enjoys spending her free time exploring her new home state, doing cross stitch, and training with her young dog. She holds a bachelor's degree in management from Park University.

Kyle Betit
As an avid traveler and the manager of Ancestry’s travel program, Kyle enjoys taking people on ancestral journeys, whether it is on a group heritage tour or to visit their exact ancestral homes. Kyle is an expert genealogist, lecturer, and author residing in Salt Lake City, Utah. He grew up in Juneau, Alaska, where he started researching his family history at the age of 9, under his grandmother’s tutelage. By age 16 he was working for a genealogy company in Salt Lake City. Kyle began traveling regularly to Europe for genealogy research in 1993. He is one of the co-founders of ProGenealogists. His research interests include Ireland, Eastern Europe, Catholic research, and genetic genealogy.
Kyle has appeared on the “Who Do You Think You Are?” television program with Bill Paxton, Trisha Yearwood, Chris Noth, and Scott Foley, among others, and he has worked on many other episodes, such as those for Matthew Broderick, Rosie O’Donnell, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jason Sudeikis, Chelsea Handler, and Cindy Crawford. He was a co-editor of the popular genealogy journal The Irish At Home and Abroad, and he is co-author of A Genealogist's Guide to Discovering Your Irish Ancestors. He lectures widely in North America and Europe.>
Lucianna Ravasio
Lucianna Ravasio is an Associate Genealogist with AncestryProGenealogists and has been a professional genealogist for ten years. She works on a variety of sessions, including Irish immigration and Italian sessions. In addition, she has conducted research and collaborated on TV shows. She studied Anthropology at the University of Notre Dame and earned her master's degree in Social Anthropology at Queen's University Belfast, conducting her fieldwork in Puglia, Italy. Before joining the team at Ancestry, she worked in probate genealogy for several years. Though originally from Ohio, she has lived in Greece, Japan, Italy, Canada, and Northern Ireland and currently resides in Ireland. She loves solving puzzles, whether grappling with sudoku, KenKen, or genealogy roadblocks.
Jon Lambert
Jon Lambert is Senior Director of Global Sales and Marketing for Ancestry. Jon and his team work with clients worldwide to help them discover, preserve, and share their family histories. He believes that everyone deserves to find their place in their family story through research and heritage travel. His family history clients include genealogy enthusiasts, political figures, Hollywood actors, and business. Jon is a lifelong resident of Salt Lake City, His family roots extend into England, Scotland, and Northwestern Europe.
