YAVORNITZKY died 21 August 1974 in Lorain County, Ohio at 1840 East 30th
Street. He was 80 years old. Harry was born in Austria on 19 August
1894, the son of Josiphat YAVORNITZKY and Eva ADAMCHAK. He worked as
a pipe fitter with the Baltimore and Ohio RR. John YAVORNITZKY was the
informant who provided data for this certificate. Harry died of terminal
bronchial cancer. He was buried at Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain, Ohio on 24 August
1974.

Mary KUCHMA

YAVORNITZKY died 3 November 1976 in Lorain, at the Lorain Community Hospital.
She was 81 years old. Death was caused by Bronchial Carcinoma. She also
suffered from pneumonia and arterosclerotic heart disease with congenital
heart failure. Mary's date of birth was given as 21 July 1895. Mary was born
in Galicia, Austria on 21 July 1895, the daughter of Anthony KUCZMA and
Anastasia PETUWANA. Mary was a citizen of the United States. She was buried in
Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain, Ohio on 6 November 1976. Services were conducted by
John R. DOVIN Funeral Home.
