Payment Options

Prepayment for services is requested.  Your deposit is held safely in the bank until the work is completed and billed.  In general, single item record searches are shipped in 7-10 business days, mini-research projects are shipped in 3-8 weeks and projects of 10 hours or more are usually completed in 6-12 weeks.

Prepayment keeps our operating costs to a minimum and we pass the savings onto you by offering more affordable research fees than our competitors.  For your convenience, you may pay for services with the following options:

3 Month Payment Plan

30 or more hours of research can be spread over a period of time and charged to your credit card. Please call our accounts manager, Natalie Cottrill to set this up 801-596-3230.

Checks and Postal Money Orders

The fastest way to get your order completed is to use our credit card payment services online. Paying by check or money order slows down your order significantly, because we can't begin your research request until the funds clear. Orders paid by check can take up to 15 extra days to ship.
