I wanted to give you an update on the ... Vermont [case]. I used your research when I filed my Petition with the Court. The Court was satisfied that a good faith effort was made to find the heirs and that further expenditure was not necessary. The Court granted our petition to correct the problem, and the property has been successfully sold.
