The Klemensker Site

Klemensker Parish is on the north-central part of the island of Bornholm (Nørre
District). It is just to the east of Hasle.

Progress Summary: I haven't done much on this yet. The
list of
school children from 1739 and extracted probate records are a start. As the
probate records are finished putting on line, I envision organizing a combined
list that would list the school children, probates, and the Kure
record of property holders into a combined list that shows who was on each piece
of property in the parish. I now have a copy of the Kure record for Klemensker
and Rø Parishes which I will be adding soon.
This compiled list could then be supplemented with the jordebøger,
fæsteprotokoller, and other records. There is a long ways to go, but I think
some of this information might be useful to some in the meantime and it may be
interesting to watch how this unfolds. The 1787 and 1801 census records are also
key sources for Klemensker parish. I am hoping to add a link to the extractions
of these records.
