2. John BARNHOUSE (Jacob ) was born 1805 in , Hampshire Co., Virginia. He died 12 Jan 1841 in Bethel Cemetery, Salem Twp., Tuscarawas Co., Ohio and was buried 31 May 1841 in Will Probated.  [Notes]  John married Ann KAIL on 29 Sep 1831 in , Carroll Co., Ohio. Ann was born 1810.

They had the following children:

+	11	M	ii	Thomas BARNHOUSE was born 5 Mar 1835 and died 24 Jan 1910.

3. William BARNHOUSE (Jacob ) was born 1806 in , Hampshire Co., Virginia. He died before 1880 in , Fayette Co., Iowa.  [Notes]  William married Mary GRAHAM on 23 Dec 1830 in , Harrison Co., Ohio. Mary was born about 1808 in Ireland. She died before 1895 in , Fayette Co., Iowa.

4. Elizabeth Ann BARNHOUSE (Jacob ) was born 1810 in Hampshire, Virginia. She died about 1833 in Tuscarawas Cty, OH???.  Elizabeth married William BAKER on 10 Sep 1829 in Harrison Cty, OH. William was born about 1810.  [Notes]

5. Melinda BARNHOUSE (Jacob ) was born 13 Mar 1816 in Hampshire County, VA. She died 13 Jul 1896 in Quarry, Monroe Co., OH.  Melinda married Solomon SIMMONS on 10 Jul 1835 in Rock Twp, John Abel, JP. Solomon was born 12 Mar 1812 in Belmont Co., OH. He died 30 May 1891 in Monroe Co., OH.

They had the following children:

	25	M	iii	Brice SIMMONS was born 1839.

8. Mariah BARNHOUSE (Jacob ) was born 1820 in Ohio.  Mariah married Ephron Park STEWART after 1850 in Carroll Cty, OH. Ephron was born about 1814. He died in Bakersville, Coshocton Co., OH.  [Notes]
