Barnhouse DNA Study

Christos Christou, in conjunction with Family Tree DNA and Barnhouse Branches, is spearheading a Barnhouse DNA Study! DNA studies help genealogists find lost relatives and ancestors when the paper trail ends, or when it is uncertain. A quick cheek scrape sent off to Family Tree DNA to will help accurately determine familial blood relationships with either a 99.9% probability of YES or a 100% certainly that no near term relationship existed. So, now, we can work to figure out how and if all these Barnhouse lineages on this site are closely, distantly, or not at all related! This is pretty exciting and I hope all the Barnhouses out there who are eligible and interested will participate. 

There is a fee associated with the DNA study, all of which is given to the Family Tree DNA company. Barnhouse Branches will be posting DNA results of those who request to have them posted. In this way, we can analyze how each Barnhouse family is related.
