BARNHOUSE hath Executed to said Richard McCAN his promisory note of even date herewith for the payment of the following some of Money at the time following. Seventy five dollars on the 24th day of September 1845 with interest from date Now if the said Philip D. BARNHOUSE shall pay said some of money to said Richard McCAN or his assigns, when the same shall become due with interest, then these presents to be void otherwise to remain in full force.
