I.O.O.F. Cemetery). ObituaryBenjamin BARNHOUSE from Clarksburg (WV) Telegram. Benjamin Barnhouse, 80, a retired farmer of Muncie, Ind., died at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday in a Muncie hospital following an extended illness. He was born at Sutton, June 18, 1891, a son of the late Willie and Nancy A. Curns Barnhouse. His wife, Verna Ardela Barnhouse, died in September 1962. Surviving are three sons, Richard Barnhouse, Muncie, with whom he made his home, John Barnhouse, Losantsville, Ind., and Lovett Barnhouse, Rt. 1, Yorktown, Ind.; two daughters, Mrs. Frank Conrad, Lost Creek, and Mrs. Everett Zackary, Muncie, 31 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Two sons and one daughter preceded him in death. Mr. Barnhouse was a member of the Church of Christ at Walkersville. He was a veteran of World War I. Charles S. BARNHOUSE, 77, of Churubusco died Saturday in Parkview Memorial Hospital. He retired in 1986 from Food Marketing Inc. and was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Dicia; daughters, Irene Duffany of Warwick, R.I., Phyllis Ganger of Sturgis, Mich., Joy McCrea of Phoenix, Ariz., Karen Kotowski of Newaygo, Mich., and Marsha Pool of Cave Creek, Ariz.; sons, Todd of Antwerp, Ohio, and Craig of Texas; stepsons, Russell Burden of Corunna, and Harold Burden, Lennard Burden and Charles Burden, all of Indianapolis; a sister, Charlene Bailey of Churubusco; 34 grandchildren; and 38 great- grandchildren. Services are 7 p.m. tomorrow in Orr Funeral Home, Churubusco, where calling is 6 to 7 p.m. tomorrow.
